Gynecology is dealing with the welfare of female reproductive organs and the ability to reproduce. It consist of endocrinology, female urology and pelvic malignancy. The specialty spans pediatric and adolescent gynecological problems through to later years.  
   
In obstetrics most women, although women who carrying a child, are otherwise fit and normal. However, others will have intense or constant medical problems that troublesome their pregnancy and covered with the specific care of an obstetrician.  
   
Obstetrics and gynecology is an appealing area. Over the past 30 years ,Many new approaches and measures have been developed and transformed the health of women and new born. Obstetrics
 
Within obstetrics, most of the care of low risk mothers and effortless deliveries are performed by superior doctors & their assistants. About 35% of births are attempted by an obstetrician, usually for more complicated cases or if the baby becomes bothered during labor. Their work includes: using equipment’s to assist delivery – including forceps or a ventouse (vacuum-assisted delivery) performing caesarean sections, either as a planned or emergency procedure.
