Aditya Hospital complaints handling and grievance procedure has three stages : |

Stage 1: Complaints Handling |

The first step is to contact with concern staff member for the issue. |

Stage 2: Grievance Procedure |
|
|
The step second shall be a formal review request may be lodged through the grievance procedure if an employee is not satisfied with concern staff member decision then they will directly contact to our Grievance Handling officer/Hospital Administrator – “Mr. Gunjan Malhotra”. |

|
Stage 3: Grievance Higher Approach |
|
|
The step third shall be approach to directly to the Medical Director “Dr. Asha Sethia” for final solution. |
