Transfers to another Facility
| Your doctor may decide that you need to be transferred to another facility or other hospital for continuation of your care. Our Discharge Coordinator will ensure that all necessary arrangements are in place to ensure a smooth transition of your care. If necessary, transport via our Hospital Ambulance Service will also be arranged for you after all the hospital necessary formalities. | |
