What to Bring

It is essential that all patients bring the following items to the hospital with them:  
   
  • Government Authorized ID proof Aadhar Card or PAN Card.
  • Any paperwork not already forwarded to the Hospital.
  • Relevant x-rays, scans or films.
  • Current medication and prescriptions, including repeat forms.
 
   

Do not bring :

 
   
  • Valuables, including jewelry and large sums of money (unless settling your account in cash on admission)
  • Unnecessary clothing
  • Large luggage and suitcases (these cannot be accommodated).
 
   
   

Admission

   
  • Patient reports to the reception of the hospital. Both emergency and routine admissions are facilitated through customer care at the reception. Before admission the patient or the relatives may contact at reception regarding the treatment package, estimated bill, Average length of stay, Documents to bring on day of admission etc. On deciding the preferred room type, you will be required to fill in the inpatient admission form. All clarifications regarding the consent form will be addressed by customer care. After signing the consent form and completing admission formalities, you will be escorted to the room. Admissions are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The counselor will share an estimate of your treatment and also the initial deposit amount. The department will keep you appraised on the necessity to ‘top up’ your advance deposits as and when required. Deposits can be made in cash or by credit/debit card.

  • Except for emergency cases, admission to the hospital will be recommended by the specialist during the patient's outpatient consultation at our organization. Patients will be admitted only under the Consultants empaneled at our organization.

  • Pack lightly when you come to the hospital for admission. You will be required to wear appropriate hospital attire, which will be provided to you during your stay. Please do not carry excess cash and valuables with you. The hospital will not bear any responsibility for loss of personal belongings or valuables.

  • During the patient's stay in the hospital, he/she will be attended by a team doctors comprising of admitting Consultant, assisted by medical officers.

  • The daily routine in the ward includes activities such as ward rounds by doctors, medication, visiting hours and bedtime. However, this routine may vary as laboratory tests, X-ray, other diagnostic tests, treatment and other procedures will take place when required.

  • We strictly adhere to our Organization policy of respecting the confidentiality of each patient’s treatment plan, diagnosis, test results and other clinical information which is a part of Medical Records. We will only share this information with the patient and the next-of-kin. If the immediate family members wish to know more about the patient's condition, they can approach the concerned Consultant under whom the patient is admitted.

  • The safety, security and speedy recovery of patients are our utmost concern. Patients are advised to remain within the hospital premises until they are discharged by the concerned doctor or advised for diagnostic services or procedure to be conducted at other hospitals in case unavailability of such services within our organization premises.
